Lovely house with helpful owners, close to the beach.

The rooms are a nice size and budget, the bed is comfortable. Great to have central heating, television and a fridge.

Had a really unforgettable stay for a wedding & would consider staying here again. Planned to see Spanish Point major attractions and it was reasonable base for visiting all of them. The staff were ATTENTIVE, magnificent and lovely location on the sea.

The room in the attic was a real diaster, having a slanted ceiling, not to mention the strong smell of fly spray. How charming! I expected a complimentary breakfast or at least an upgrade after that inconvenience, but no, just more mediocrity. I almost thought about giving a good review, but couldn't let that lovely attic go unmentioned.

The hotel was extremely comfy with ideal and exceptionally nice location not far from the ocean, a farm and with lots of restaurants and take away options, and Spanish Point beach and Miltown Malbay village. The staff was very amiable, as well as host. The breakfast was delicious and great, better that in most places. No complaints, we spent a really good time here.

Had a great time at Barkers! The owner was super accommodating, even offered to drive us to town for dinner. The room was nice and clean, just a little noisy from the wind. It was a lovely stay!

You can also enjoy a lovely park view nearby with the Willie Clancy Statue just a short walk away, perfect for strolls during the day.

We loved the cozy atmosphere and enjoyed the comfy beds with splendid views. Our whole family, including our pet, felt right at home. The owners were accommodating, even offering to help us navigate attractions nearby while we strolled through the scenic area.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, a cozy picnic area, and easy beach access. I fondly remember my first stay when the staff brought me a hot drink to warm me up. Their friendly service makes every visit special.

Had an amazing getaway with my friends! The place is super close to both the beach and local dining spots. Noel was such a gem, even offering to take us into town when we needed it. The rooms are cozy, equipped with all the essentials like tea and coffee. Make sure to explore the beautiful garden outside.

The only downside was that walking to nearby attractions can be tricky without a car, as it might take longer than expected.

The rooms here are spacious and well-ventilated, each with its own bathroom. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Plus, the location is great-it's right next to hotels and restaurants for breakfast. 🍳.

Highly recommend this cozy place for couples

We were treated like royalty, yeah, Phil and her husband helped us a lot, even dropped us off at the wedding venue, can't forget that lovely reception. The room was warmed up when we arrived, so we felt right at home with all the comforts to relax after a long day.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you know what. It was worth every penny.

Homey old-fashioned hotel in an excellent location in the adjacent park. Large and airy rooms with a fridge attached to the bedroom. Great breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff with good manners.
